8:00pm Prize Drawing
$5.00 suggested contribution, open to all.
Cocktail Attire (optonal - of course!)
Put a fork in it! 2009 is over and done. Time to break out the fancy duds and toast the year that was. MAGNET is teaming up with Design Madison and AIGA to host the only party where people promise to be genuinely excited to commingle this year.
This year's party is at the Brink Lounge — the whole Brink Lounge — and features live music from the Madison Jazz Orchestra in one room, free hors d'oeuvres in the next, and great drinks all night long.
Cocktail attire is optional, but we recommend it — the better you look when you arrive, the easier it will be to look passable at last call. Good partygoers think ahead.
Lastly, in the spirit of the holiday giving, if you bring a canned good or non-perishable item you will be entered into a drawing for some fabulous prizes that we'll be giving away throughout the night, with all food donations going to the Second Harvest Food Bank.
Special note for designated drivers and teetotalers:
You can get as hopped up on Diet Coke and lemon as your body can stand — soda is free all night.
Admission is free for Design Madison, MAGNET, and AIGA members. We are accepting $5 donations to help us cover the cost of the event. Any additionally collected funds will be donated to Second Harvest.
